1. Agreement to Terms

• Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and details of our handicrafts as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your electronic display perfectly reflects the true product colors or details.
• Pricing & Availability: All products are subject to availability, and prices may change at any time. All payments on the site are processed in INR.
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, RuPay, and UPI.
• Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders placed through the Services at our sole discretion. This includes restricting quantities per person, household, or order, as well as flagging orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers or distributors.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may use our Services only for purposes explicitly approved by Tamra Handicrafts. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Jurisdiction: Both Tamra Handicrafts and you irrevocably consent that the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising under this agreement.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Disclaimer: The Services are provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. Your use of our site is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We assume no liability for errors in content, personal injury, property damage, server interruptions, or malware transmitted by third parties.

• Limitation of Liability: In no event will Tamra Handicrafts, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the site.
• Maximum Liability: Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid by you to us during the one (1) month period prior to the cause of action, or INR 5,000.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Tamra Handicrafts (including our affiliates, officers, and employees) harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, or claim (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (1) your use of the Services; (2) your breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

• Electronic Consent: Visiting the site, completing online forms, and emailing us constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that electronic notices, agreements, and signatures satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
