Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping & Damages

  • Quality Guarantee: We ensure all products leave our facility in perfect, defect-free condition.

  • Transit Damage: Tamra Handicrafts is not liable for items damaged during transit once they have shipped. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the freight service provider immediately to file a claim.

  • Shipping Insurance: Customers are welcome to purchase third-party shipping insurance at their own expense for added peace of mind.

Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund, minus any processing fees charged by our payment gateway partner.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email tamrahandicrafts@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-93534-66143 with your Order ID.

  • Past the 24-Hour Window: Once the painting process has begun (after 24 hours), orders can no longer be canceled.

Customized Orders

  • No Cancellations or Refunds: Because custom pieces are made to order, they cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.

  • Approval Process: We will keep you updated throughout the creation process so you can request necessary adjustments. However, no further changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made once the final product is complete.

Refunds & Product Unavailability

  • Domestic Refunds (India): Refunds are processed via your original payment method or bank transfer within 3 to 6 business days.

  • International Refunds: Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of confirmation, depending on your payment method.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: While we make every effort to fulfill all orders, market constraints may occasionally cause a product to be unavailable. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will automatically issue a full refund to your account and notify you via email.
